*iOS 6 Privacy Settings – Turning on Photo Library Access
1.Launch the Settings app
2.Select the Privacy menu
3.Click on the Photos menu
4.Here you can see different photo apps and their access status. If Pic in Pic is set to Off, then turn it On.
